The clocks have gone back and it’s time to start carving pumpkins, which can only mean it’s time to plan for upcoming November tech events! Below the Tecknuovo team has listed some of the November tech events that they’re most excited for. Topics range from “non-traditional” tech journeys, the latest Java update, different architecture styles to suit you, and more! Remember you can check out the Google calendar for a more in depth look at the month ahead.

Tecknuovo community update

Before we get onto November tech events, we have a rather exciting update to share from October. You may have seen that our inclusive community initiative underwent a makeover! We’ve been thrilled to welcome people to Teck Camp, the inclusive community that aims to ensure that the tech community is open for all, regardless of where they are on their tech journey. Also, make sure you check out the new Teck Camp website, and please do let us know what you think!

On Thursday 22nd October, we also had our monthly Ask Me Anything event. For October, we were joined by Senior Developer Evangelist at GitLab and Cloud Native Computing Foundation Board Member, Brendan O’Leary. Brendan let us pick his brains over this month’s GitLab update, the future of DevOps and his types on how to learn to learn. You can check out our article featuring our highlights of the evening, or you can read the entire transcript over on the Teck Camp Slack channel.
