We are looking for a Talent Acquisition manager to join us internally at Tecknuovo. The Talent Acquisition Team at Tecknuovo attract exceptional Associates (candidates) for our projects, understanding and engaging with their world while providing genuine, relevant value-adding products and services to them. Joining the Talent Acquisition Team you would be focused primarily on the candidate side managing the entire journey from the first call through to onboarding the associate. The Talent Acquisition team ensure the ultimate experience for every associate who works with us, encouraging them to talk openly and positively about how Tecknuovo made them feel. We are rapidly scaling and this is a pivotal role in the growth of the business as you can have a direct impact on that growth. We are looking for mid-senior level recruitment consultants with a hunger to rapidly progress through the ranks and reap the benefits of our fun and inclusive culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond rapidly to the demands of Client Delivery team, ensuring we continue to meet the exacting demands of our clients in providing effective teams and individuals.
  • Identification of new associates who align to the values and behaviours of Tecknuovo, with exceptional technical skills and high levels of empathy.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Client Delivery to continuously engage with key associate communities within and external to Tecknuovo.
  • Learn continuously about the different industries and communities, taking a deep interest in both. Ranging from retail to government and from product design to data and analytics.
  • Oversee an Alumni group, ensuring exceptional associates who have finished on client sites continue to be a part of the Tecknuovo family

The experience we are looking for:

  • 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-pace delivery-led environment – focusing on candidate management/community management/customer relationship management.
  • Relevant sector/technology exposure – primarily focused on technology, change and transformation.
  • Demonstrable experience an established performer with strong communication skills who proactively builds relationships.
  • Friendly, engaging, and personable.
  • Passionate about technology and its communities.
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced environment, with rapid career progression.
  • Confident to champion change within a business.
  • Excited by the idea of bringing rhythm to chaos.

As a company we have completed the first stage of a transformation: moving from recruitment into a full service-based consultancy delivery model. This is represented in the engagements we have won, moving us into the evolutionary scale-up phase – setting the standards for the current and the future. We are a young business just completing our fifth financial year. Based on our current client engagements we expect this year’s turnover to double as we enter year six.

Our offices are based in London Bridge, in the current climate there’s space for social distancing within the office and we have large outdoor areas too. We value face-to-face contact, but flexible and remote working is an absolute: short and long-term. Once we have set the direction we can operate remotely just as easily as on site

We provide well architected, fit for purpose, digital transformation solutions before replacing our interim teams with permanent, client-owned squads.

We work with a number of enterprise government and private sector organisations delivering agile greenfield technology programmes of varying sizes but typically £1m-£20m in budget.
