Tecknuovo has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) new Digital Specialists & Programmes (DSP) framework, which went live on 21 March 2022 and will run for two years.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. The appointment comes at a critical time — in a changing world impacted by Covid-19, Brexit, carbon net targets and more, demand for quality services and financial strain on the sector have never been more pressing. This mix of fortunes means it’s critical for these organisations to have access to a network of quality-assured suppliers that can help them close the digital skills gaps and modernise their services. The DSP framework sets out to provide just that.

Tecknuovo is one of just 76 suppliers to have qualified for a place, and will be listed on both categories of the framework:

  • End-to-end digital transformation programmes (Lot 1– Digital Programmes)
  • Digital, Data and Technology roles (Lot 2 – Digital Specialists)

Lot 1 will see Tecknuovo continue its work with public sector and associated third sector organisations on end-to-end digital transformation projects. Customers they’ve worked with on these types of projects to date include HMRC, DWP and British Council. Lot 2 means they’ll be able to fill critical organisational skills gaps by placing specialised technology practitioners from their large network of associates directly with customers.

Tecknuovo’s associate network brings together thousands of culturally and technically vetted technology experts with skillsets spanning the range from legacy to niche. That means they will be well placed both to build custom teams for long-term digital programmes, and to provide targeted support through digital specialists.

Throughout these offerings, Tecknuovo will continue to deliver on its Zero Dependency model — a signature approach that ensures customers can take full ownership of their solutions and backlog at the end of our project.

Tecknuovo CEO Gus Sargent explains:

“We apply our Zero Dependency model across our public sector work. That means we don’t stop at building quality digital solutions for our customers — we also upskill their in-house teams to empower them to fully own and manage the solutions after our work is done. And, where necessary, we supplement that training by hiring in permanent staff to ensure our customers’ smooth transition to independence.”
