About the role As the Head of People, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy during an exciting phase of growth. About the Role:                                                                As a result of our rapid scale, we are looking to expand the number of permanent Business Analysts within our practice. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work with some of the very best in the business, collaborating with delivery teams to drive high-impact projects that meet our clients' strategic goals. As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, capturing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring solutions align with desired outcomes. You will be embedded within our Delivery practice, working closely with delivery managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered effectively. In a typical week, you might facilitate a requirement gathering workshop, map business processes, create detailed user stories, gather and refine requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients and technical teams, ensuring that the solutions being developed truly address the business challenges. Expect variety, pace, and challenge. About the Delivery Hub  The Delivery Hub is responsible for ensuring client expectations are exceeded with every interaction and throughout every engagement lifecycle.
