About the role                                                                           We are looking for an ambitious and creative Technical Bid Writer to join our internal sales team and help create winning content for our proposals and responses. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who loves writing and can work first-hand with subject matter experts to understand complex solutions and technical information and articulate these into a concise and engaging narrative. You’ll need a strong attention to detail and be able to identify where responses can be improved and implement edits to add that value. Whilst homing in on technical details, you’ll need to weave in higher-level win themes to write fully rounded proposals that meet the client’s ask. Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of the public sector and technology consulting, in areas such as cloud, DevOps, platforms, and software engineering, and delivery within it. Enjoys interviewing subject matter experts Passionate about turning large, complex ideas from disparate sources into cohesive narratives Key responsibilities Develop original, persuasive written bid content to meet deadlines. Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences Create high-quality, re-usable content, including case studies and stock answers. Continuously develop and maintain our content library. Support solution storyboarding sessions with bid team memberand key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in bid responses. Proactively build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and associates across Tecknuovo to gather essential information and insights. Interview subject matter experts and covert their technical expertise into bid-friendly content. Understand and articulate the current Tecknuovo product offering and intellectual property (IP) conveying how they meet client requirements effectively. Understand and describe previous Tecknuovo proposals and recent case studies that can be used in proposals. Work with the Bid Manager to create structured responses to bid questions and deliver completed written bid responses by agreed deadlines. Write, edit, and revise proposals according to feedback as well as maintaining consistency in proposal writing by adopting the same tone of voice as other proposals Support the Bid Manager in the simple administration of the bid function. Ability to coach teams and subject matter experts in writing best practices to ensure the highest quality of bid content. Experience required Previous experience writing public sector bid responses, preferably within the technology services industry  Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. About the role                                                                             As a Practice Lead, you will spearhead the technical consultancy for this discipline across Tecknuovo's delivery portfolio. This role combines expertise in Platform Engineering, comprehensive knowledge of public and private sector architectures, and demonstrated leadership in consultancy programme management. You will advocate for and implement technology solutions that are deeply rooted in up-to-date technical principles, driving a technology agnostic approach that ensures the most appropriate and value add outcome for each of our customers. Provide critical input to tenders and sales opportunities, supporting pre-sales activities, and leveraging industry networking to enhance business opportunities and partnerships. Provide assurance for practice methodologies across our customer portfolio, and act as technical accountability or where needed escalation on elevant projects and programmes. Direct multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, testing, and refinement of applications and systems relevant to your practice specialism - this will include billable work directly with customers and stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in Platform Engineering to ensure that solutions are both innovative and compliant. Help enhance and sustain a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, and with our associate network in the practice community you will grow. Align with and help to evolve our daily Delivery rhythms and comprehensive risk management to create resilience in our portfolio. Offer thought leadership to senior stakeholders, advising on Platform Engineering across our strategy and delivery. Manage delivery client relationships to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and high levels of satisfaction. And we eliminate your dependence on suppliers by creating the in-house technical capability you'll need to build tomorrow.  About TeckAcademy Our digital skills academy identifies exceptional consultants for our digital communities and trains them on the latest technologies, principles and patterns. Our new consultants will learn essential consulting basics, the communication and collaboration behaviours that befit a Deliberately Different consultant. Aspects of the curriculum will be tailored to new and existing customer business domains, architectures and challenges. Upon successful completion of the Platform Engineering taster course, the consultants will be salaried by Tecknuovo on fixed-term contracts for the remainder of our training programme. Upon completion, they will receive a SFIA accreditation for the level they have attained and be placed onto an engaging project with one of our customers. This is where they prove their skills on real initiatives. After 12 months of service, Our consultants will have the right to transition to our customers permanently and become Tecknuovo Alumni, continuing their meteoric growth journey. The Platform Engineering community Consultants in our nascent Platform Engineering community are focused on accelerating our customers digital transformation ambitions using major enterprise platforms such as SalesForce, ServiceNow or SAP.
